Feb 26th 2014These are just fabulous. I froze them and took some out of the freezer and baked for 375F for about 12 minutes. The package says 400F degrees but my oven runs a little hot. The end result was amazing! I wasn't sure if they should have been frozen when baked, but it worked for me. So many gluten free bread products are not great so it was a joy to find these. Delicious and slightly crusty. They are even a manageable calorie count...130. They are good as rolls and great for sandwiches.

Jun 30th 2013I was so bummed with these particular rolls. The were really thick and dry to me. I tried them as a roll and as a bun and neither were good for me. There are a lot of good reviews here so please give them a try. These just weren't for me

Jun 3rd 2013I ordered this based on all the great reviews, but I personally didn't care for these ciabatta rolls. This surprised me, as I love every other Schar product I've purchased. I found these to be too "bread-y" and basically tasteless.
