After recently switching to a blood-type, eat for your type diet, I have been trying various bread items in order to quench the desire for a great tasting bread that I can actually eat. This is it! Best tasting rolls by far - the texture is just like a "regular" ciabatta roll. Awesome!

These are amazing. I bake them and then put cream cheese on them or use deli meat to make a sandwich. I will definitely be ordering more.

These are the best tasting gluten free bread rolls I've had so far. I even pre-baked a couple of them, froze them and microwaved them later---still tasted great.

I tried these when I was in Italy earlier this year and cried when I found out you couldn't get them in the US- till now! The thing I miss most about being gluten free is not having crusty baked breads like ciabatta and french baguettes. These are the best gluten free rolls I've had. They actually have a nice crusty texture on the outside. I can't wait to get some more- just ordered them.

These are absolutely fabulous, can also make a great panini if you have a good grill/press. I buy them 6 packages at a time!
