Jan 4th 2010After recently switching to a blood-type, eat for your type diet, I have been trying various bread items in order to quench the desire for a great tasting bread that I can actually eat. This is it! Best tasting rolls by far - the texture is just like a "regular" ciabatta roll. Awesome!

Aug 16th 2009I tried these when I was in Italy earlier this year and cried when I found out you couldn't get them in the US- till now! The thing I miss most about being gluten free is not having crusty baked breads like ciabatta and french baguettes. These are the best gluten free rolls I've had. They actually have a nice crusty texture on the outside. I can't wait to get some more- just ordered them.
