Jan 4th 2011We love these. We can do so many different things with them. We toast them in the morning and put cream cheese on them. For lunch we toast them and use them as mini sandwiches. At dinner we put butter and a little garlic salt on them and toast them. They are amazing!

Dec 3rd 2010This are amazing! It's been so long since I've been able to enjoy a roll, and the texture and taste of these are great. While they can't exactly compare to a "real" ciabatta roll, these are the best GF ciabatta rolls I've had.

Sep 18th 2010I love these rolls! I heated them in the oven and split them in half to use for sandwiches. This was the first bread I have purchased that did not have a weird mouth feel. They taste like the ciabatta bread that I remember and definitely made good sandwich rolls. We used them for a cookout and had the first hamburger that I really enjoyed since diagnosis with celiac.
