Apr 27th 2011These are just about the perfect cookie to accompany tea or coffee. Delicate and with a nice texture - not too hard yet not too crumbly. I really love these... if only they weren't 50 calories each, I would finish the whole box at once!

Feb 24th 2011These cookies remind of my youth. I loved these chocolate coated shortbread cookies. They taste like the real deal. I would purchase these again to give to my non gluten free friends. I doubt they could taste the difference. Once again Dr. Schar has another delicious produt. Thank you!

Sep 25th 2010My husband and I have been eating/cooking gluten-free for some time now. When we discovered the Schar products, we were thrilled! All of the pasta is so delicious! So delicious that we decided to try these cookies. We were very disappointed with them because they taste so grainy... and well, just plain weird. The texture just doesn't taste right and we will not be purchasing these again.
