were depleting our soil and our health, we began growing elderberries.
"Elderberries are a true ""super-fruit"", possessing more antioxidants than gogi,"
acai, and blueberry, and have a long history of medicinal and culinary use.
We've embraced the sustainable, bio-dynamic method of farming at Norm's Farms
and everything is grown without the use of harmful herbicides and pesticides.
Instructions -
Adults: 1 tsp per day
Children 2-12: 1/2 tsp up to 2 times daily
