All of their spring rolls are artisan hand rolled, a long lost tradition that has been replaced by machines.

Ingredients - Filling: cabbage, carrots, onion, green beans, tofu (non-GMO soybean, water, magnesium chloride nigari), bean thread (mung bean, water), green peas, lemon grass, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, organic alcohol (to retain freshness)), sea salt, spices, garlic powder.
Shell: gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), water, sea salt, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.
Sauce: water, sugar, pineapple concentrate, distilled vinegar, vegetable color (paprika extract).
Fried with NON-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.

So glad to find these as they are some of my favorite things to get when I go to a Thai restaurant and these are just as good. So I can have them at home & they are delivered right to my door. A big plus since I'm having trouble walking!!

Jan 7th 2017This has a really good Sweet & Sour sauce. Surprisingly, there was just enough to go around to all the Spring Rolls. The rolls were nice & crispy and the veggie insides were tasty. Will definitely buy again.

Nov 23rd 2016These were surprisingly good. The crisp wrap was so good you wouldn't think gluten free!! The seet and sour sauce was really great. These will be on my list again!!

Nov 18th 2016Very good spring rolls. I will order these again. My only complaint is they should come with twice as much sauce. I had more sauce on hand, so it wasn't a big deal. A good thing to know ahead of time though.
