All of their spring rolls are artisan hand rolled, a long lost tradition that has been replaced by machines.

Ingredients - Filling: cabbage, carrots, onion, green beans, tofu (non-GMO soybean, water, magnesium chloride nigari), bean thread (mung bean, water), green peas, lemon grass, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, organic alcohol (to retain freshness)), sea salt, spices, garlic powder.
Shell: gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), water, sea salt, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.
Sauce: water, sugar, pineapple concentrate, distilled vinegar, vegetable color (paprika extract).
Fried with NON-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.

Aug 2nd 2020The wrapper and dipping sauce were very good and had an authentic Thai flavor and texture. However, I did not enjoy the bean curd filling. I think the Feel Good Foods Chicken or Shrimp Egg Rolls are an overall better choice.

Apr 22nd 2020These Spring Rolls make a great and tasty meal. The sweet amd sour sauce makes the perfect dipping sauce for these spring rolls, however the pack of sauce is not enough for 4.
