These unusual noodles are made with black rice - a deep purple colored rice with a nutty flavor which is rich in minerals and fiber. Try these noodles with mixed mushrooms lightly fried with garlic and spring onions. Add tofu or a little meat.
Shelf Life: approx 15 months.
Ingredients: Organic black rice (55%), organic brown rice , water.

To prepare: Bring a pan of water to a roiling boil. Add noodles slowly until submerged. Bring back to a boil and then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water.
