Ramen are traditional Japanese style noodle cakes which unfold on cooking. Using these quick cooking noodles, a meal can easily be prepared in just a few minutes.
Unlike most ramen noodles which are produced from wheat, our noodles are made from 100% brown rice. They have a delicate texture and a delicious, nutty flavor suitable for many dishes.
Our noodles are hand crafted in the traditional way and individually portioned and packed for your convenience.
To Prepare: Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add one noodle cake per person. When the noodles begin to unfold, separate them gently with a fork and then reduce the heat. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Strain through a colander and briefly rinse with cold water.
Add to mixed mushrooms fried with garlic and fresh herbs. Mix in
with Miso soup for a healthy and traditional Japanese snack.
Ingredients: Organic brown rice flour, water
