If you are expecting a "Thomas's" type English muffin, you will be disappointed. It's not a bad muffin but it's not the texture (or looks like the photo) of a true English muffin. When you toast it, it crumbles, no body to it. Had hoped to use it for breakfast sandwiches but doubt it will hold up.
They are kind of weird and bun-like, but still good. I have tried other muffins that are much better and some much worse. They are not super dense like a lot of GF English muffins, but they are more bread/bun like than I desire for muffins.
These are tasty, but they really aren't English muffins. They are more like a cross between a biscuit and French bread. They don't look anything like the photo on the cover of the box. I enjoyed them, but they are not English muffins. If that is what you are looking for, you should skip them. They are soft on the inside and make a nice breakfast sandwich or served with jam.
