Jul 14th 2020This is the only gluten free bread (English muffin) I will eat. I have tried so many only to toss them in the trash. Toasted crispy of course. I slice the top off, and then slice the remainder of the roll in half, so I get three servings. I use for sandwiches, burgers ect.. They are moist, firm and hold together beautifully. I just love them!!

May 13th 2018Tasty, but not the flavor of a traditional english muffin. I heated them in the oven and used it as bread for my dinner when my family had fresh baked bread. Too thin to slice easily so when toasted gets very crunchy.
