Let your culinary imagination run free with their extraordinary puff pastry! Pair with any filling- sweet or savory - to create a delicious hor d'oeuvre for guests when entertaining. With all of the flavor and none of the gluten, your breakfast, lunch or dinner creations will delight your whole family!
Directions - Thaw pastry at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Use potato starch for dusting (or any preferred gluten free flour). Roll to desired thickness then form to preferred shape. Egg washing is recommended. Bake as needed, or freeze then bake as needed. Recommended cooking temperature is between 350° and 375°, depending upon application. Product may be very hot after cooking. For best results, do not use a microwave oven.

Sep 8th 2016Was so happy when I received this. I made a mixture of cream cheese and sugar then added some frozen cherries. It felt like I was eating Danish again!.. but with no issues from wheat.

Jun 11th 2016I used these to try to make cream cheese wontons. I have been missing wontons for years and struggled with making my own wrapper. They held up well for the process, but weren't quite right for what I was doing. I still have another box and am looking forward to trying them either as a dessert or with pigs in a blanket.

Jun 2nd 2016I like these pastry sheets - I used them to make pigs in a blanket and cinnamon rolls. The pastry sheets are very thick when you first take them out of the package so you have to use a rolling pin to thin them out, but they work well. They aren't flaky nor are they like the kind you buy in the store in the tubes. For GF premade dough they work well. I have bought them more than once and would buy them again.

May 8th 2016The puff pastry does not puff up at all. It is one layer. The puff pastry is orange. Not at all like in the product photo. I am very disappointed.

Mar 8th 2016I never thought I'd be able to bake again. Cooking and baking for me was a joy, especially using pastry dough. This product is amazing! It's a little different than regular puff pastry dough but not by much. I found it easy to work with and the taste is so buttery and delicious. I highly recommend this to anyone who has gluten issues. I will be buying this again!! Thank you Geefree!!
