These are okqy. They work for their purpose, however they come with two sheets and tend to stick together. The pastry sheet did not rise and get as fluffy as I wanted. Still a decent product though, and they tasted pretty good.
Although this pastry does not have very thin sheets as in non-gluten free puff pastry, I will buy it again. It tastes great and is perfect for pies and other recipes that call for pastry. You can roll it out for thinner sheets.
I really enjoyed this gluten free puff pastry. It tasted great and had a nice flaky texture. The box list that there are two sheets but it is really one long sheet folded in half. I also wish it was a little larger. However, it is an excellent product that I will purchase again.
I don't know why they call it puff pastry, it is a plain, flat regular dough and it doesn't even taste good. My homemade pie crust is closer to puff pastry than that stuff. Don't waste your money.
Nothing short of AMAZING! I looked up how to make my own gluten free puff pastry and was overwhelmed! I was making beef wellington and wanted to be able to eat some. This is actually how I found Gluten Free Mall. There is one sheet in each box. They roll out easily and bake up crispy and light. I painted mine with egg white as recommended in the instructions. One sheet was able to wrap a 2.5 lb center cut beef tenderloin easily.
