Their Story:
Tryg, the chef at a restaurant where I worked, wondered why I never ate the food he prepared for the staff. I explained that I had celiac disease and had to avoid gluten. The following day, Tryg prepared a meal made entirely from gluten free ingredients; it was delicious! That was our start. Today, now married, Tryg and I have recreated some of my favorites from our own kitchen and I can finally eat with confidence. We hope you enjoy these dishes as much as we do. Tryg’s love for cooking, coupled with my love for GF food inspired us to create Feel Good Foods.

Consistently shake the pan to make sure dumplings don't stick. Dumplings will be steamed approx 10-12 minutes or once most of the water has evaporated.

It is really important that you cook them exactly as instructed, but if you do they are the closest to the real deal as you are going to get. My family and I enjoyed them!
These dumpling skins are not even close to the real thing. They produce a milky white substance that you must wait until it evaporates before frying them. However, they do not fry up nicely as the skin is too thick and the constancy is nothing like a dumpling as it is thick and chewy. If you are looking for dumplings that are similar to Chinese or Korean dumplings this does not pass the test.
I must laugh a little because my boyfriend loves these and I got a cooler full of them and he said they were so good. I don't know if I'll buy them again.
These are DELICIOUS and taste just like "normal" Chinese dumplings that you get for takeout, complete with dipping sauce. My one and ONLY complaint is that you need to cook them on the stovetop which is not quite as easy as getting Chinese delivered to your house.
THESE were FANTASTIC! The last gluten free dumpling we had was in NYC and these were JUST AS GOOD. Follow the directions when preparing and DO NOT leave them unattended..you will not be disappointed!!
