Their Story:
Tryg, the chef at a restaurant where I worked, wondered why I never ate the food he prepared for the staff.  I explained that I had celiac disease and had to avoid gluten.  The following day, Tryg prepared a meal made entirely from gluten free ingredients; it was delicious!  That was our start.  Today, now married, Tryg and I have recreated some of my favorites from our own kitchen and I can finally eat with confidence.  We hope you enjoy these dishes as much as we do.  Tryg’s love for cooking, coupled with my love for GF food inspired us to create Feel Good Foods.

OK, maybe it's me, but I followed the instructions and mine came out all sticky and gummy. They still tasted good but I wasn't thrilled with the texture at all. The chicken to me left a lot to be desired as far as looks and taste but again, that could just be me.

Just tried these tonight for dinner and they are absolutely wonderful! I did NOT follow their cooking instructions, however; I followed instructions I had from an old cookbook, and got much better results. I did the browning in oil first, then added the water and steamed them at the end. The wrappers did not turn out nearly as sticky as the pork ones I did following the box, so I was very pleased with the end result. I will definitely be ordering more of these, soon!

I found these by accident. They are easy to prepare and come with their own sauce. The flavor is good and adds to a stir fry meal. The sauce is a little watery. It would stay on the dumplings better if it was a little ticker. Good taste. Good with a meal or all by themselves. The stuffing is really meat! You can actually taste it and see it compared to some things I have tried that were mostly breading.

These little dumplings are super good! I love them! Taste just like a Japanese-takeout! Comes with a yummy sauce too! Just be careful when cooking (frying) because the skin tends to stick...I recommend using a small metal basket to lift them opposed to flipping.

Tasted great, just like the potstickers and dumplings I'm used to! Had to cook longer than the recommended time.
