Potato Gnocchi with Rice
Farabella comes from Fara San Martina, Italy, on the eastern side of side of the Majella National Park, a place known worldwide as the capital of high quality pasta. Our products are made using selected raw materials and processes respecting the Italian traditions and the environment that provides us with pure air and natural spring water.
TIPS FOR PERFECT COOKING:
1. Boil a large pot full of water: allow not less than 3 liters of water for 500g of gnocchi (one package).
2. When it starts to boil, add approx. 5g of kitchen salt for each liter of water. When boiling again, add the gnocchi, upping the heat to compensate for the temperature.
3. Stir immediately to prevent gnocchi from sticking to the bottom of the pot. When gnocchi float on the water surface, strain quickly and serve still hot.
Ingredients - Gnocchi: Rehydrated Potato Flakes (85%), Rice Flour (11%), Potato Starch, Salt; Acidity Regulator: Lactid Acid; Preservative: Sorbic Acid
Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Do not perforate the package. Once opened, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days.
