May 20th 2020I was skeptical when I read the ingredients using only tapioca. They came together quickly and baked up nicely. The texture is just ok. The negative is that they leave a strange taste in your mouth. I’m still going to eat them because they’re yummy with the maple glaze I put on.

Feb 6th 2018The Gluten eater in the house has missed his cinnamon rolls. I made these and added a bit of orange zest. You can cut bigger 'rolls' and they stay a bit moister when baked. They are now a staple in my house.
