Bob's Red Mill GF Cornbread Mix

Gluten Free Cornbread Mix

Whole grain cornmeal gives our Gluten Free Cornbread Mix rich flavor, stone-ground sorghum flour lends a tender crumb, and cane sugar adds a touch of sweetness. It’s the perfect choice for traditional cornbread, corn muffins, cornbread stuffing or casserole topping.

This easy mix makes perfectly moist, light cornbread with just a touch of sweetness, making it close in flavor to Southern cornbread. Specially designed for those sensitive to wheat or gluten, this mix contains whole grain cornmeal, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, cane sugar, whole grain corn flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, sea salt and xanthan gum. Stone ground, whole grain yellow cornmeal and sorghum impart an unmatched flavor and texture you’ll love.

This cornbread is a wonderful companion to a steaming cup of soup or chili. If you’re feeling adventurous, try making Bob's Gluten Free Cornbread in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet and add a diced jalapeno and some jack cheese. Or if you're in the mood for sweet cornbread (we won’t judge!), drizzle a little honey on top and add a dash of cinnamon.

But that’s just the beginning: you can make pancakes, casserole toppings, hoecakes, bread cubes, Thanksgiving stuffing and dumplings for stew, all with Bob's delicious Gluten Free Cornbread Mix. It’s even been used to create a quick and easy coating for pan fried fish and other meats. Keep a bag on hand and explore the possibilities!
