I was pretty excited to try these, however I wasn't a huge fan. I followed the baking time, but after they cooked the cheese was quite dry and the coating was soggy and grainy. Maybe if they were fries they would be better.

I thought that I'd never be able to eat mozzarella sticks again when I had to go gluten free, so I was thrilled to find these! I've gone through a couple of bags of these now, and they are good. They aren't quite like the glutenous ones; the texture of the breading is a bit different, but overall very tasty!

Our gluten intolerant son loves mozzarella cheese, so we bought these for him to try. Sadly, he did not like them. We have another son who can eat anything, and he did like them.

Not good at all...they came out soggy and tasted terrible, I usually make my own but was looking for something easy. I'll stick to making my own.
