I really liked the size. It was a thick, juicy piece of mozzarella. There are two problems with this product though that would keep me from ordering it again: 1. It's very sandy. The breading is so sandy that it doesn't stay on the cheese, and that grittiness wasn't something my non-GF spouse could ignore. He picked the breading off the cheese and ate it that way. Once he mentioned that it was sandy, I couldn't ignore it. 2. They have the classic mozzarella stick problem with bursting. The burst is okay, it's not pretty, but I can live with it. However, because the breading isn't solid at all, it crumbles instead. So instead of having a cheese leak through the crust, we have a pile of melted cheese with crumbs on it. I'd love to try this product again if Russo's reformulates the breading. Great cheese! If you're looking for an Italian snack, try Russo's pizza pockets. They aren't sold on GFMall which is a shame because it's definitely their best product. Savory, garlicky, easy to microwave. They burst too, but it's a cheesy mess you can scrape off a plate. Yum!!

I didn't like the taste of the breading. It might taste better if they would use Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

Seasoned well & a nice size cut of mozzarella are my only positives. A minute out of the oven the sticks fall apart due to either the choice of breading or the technique. If allowed to cool down even a little more than that, they're only moderately enjoyable because the cheese is no longer stringy & it still manages to fall apart. I was able to enjoy them on my second serving buy eating them w/ a knife & fork, dunking them into very, very warm marinara. Yet... I would buy these again if I wasn't able to find a more satisfying brand.

These are not very good. The breading fell off and fell apart. I don't even remember what the cheese tasted like because I was so disappoinetd.

To be truthful, these are terrible. No flavor, they fall apart. BUT...If you are like me to and love mozzarella sticks its so nice to eat them. I have found them no where else and lousy as they are, its a special treat I really enjoy.
