Serving instructions: Conventional/Toaster Over
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place sticks on a lightly greased sheet or aluminum foil and bake for 4-8 minutes (as oven times vary watch for the cheese to start to show then remove).
Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite Gluten Free Marinara Sauce.
 
 
Ingredients: Part skim mozzarella (pasteurized part skim milk, cultures, salt enzymes), gluten-free breadcrumb (white rice flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, potato flour, yeast, egg whites) canola oil, xantham gum, sugar, salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, parsley, paprika.

I love these. I used to buy these locally before my store stopped selling them. They have great flavor and are great with a dipping sauce. The only con is that they fall apart.

Yummy fun happy snack, very pleased with this product. Again easy to cook in the air fryer -  just like take out!

I have always loved mozzarella sticks, and have loved these ever since I found them! But there was something very interesting that happened the last time I bought them (which was in a store, not here, even though I would buy them from either place). On the cooking instructions (on all 3 packs that I bought) there was a very small sticker that said "500" placed over the "350°F". So I cooked them at 400°F and it worked fine. It probably would have worked fine with anything between 350 and 500, but I was just wondering if anybody else has ever seen a sticker like this on this product? But sticker or no sticker, they are great, and if I could, I'd probably have them every night! This is one of the best GF products I have ever found!

I missed not having mozzarella stick being gluten intolerant; however, with these cooked in the oven nice and crisp, so good with pizza sauce. My husband could not tell the difference. Willl purchase again. Very easy snack or sometimes I fix along with pizza.

These were surprisingly good! They held up better than I thought when I fried them, have to be conscious of the time though, if you leave them in too long the cheese starts to ooze out and they get flimsy. Would order again!
