Serving instructions: Conventional/Toaster Over
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place sticks on a lightly greased sheet or aluminum foil and bake for 4-8 minutes (as oven times vary watch for the cheese to start to show then remove).
Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite Gluten Free Marinara Sauce.
 
 
Ingredients: Part skim mozzarella (pasteurized part skim milk, cultures, salt enzymes), gluten-free breadcrumb (white rice flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, potato flour, yeast, egg whites) canola oil, xantham gum, sugar, salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, parsley, paprika.
 
Contains: Eggs, milk and soy

I am not sure what happened, but they melted flat when cooking. I still ate them, and they tasted good.

These are pretty good - would prefer the breading have some herbs & spices though. Make sure you keep them frozen & then spray some foil with oil spray & put in toaster oven & toast.

EXCELLENT product! You have to give up a lot with celiac disease but the Gluten Free Mall has been my life saver with the excellent gluten free foods that they have. Would definitely recommend these.

I was so excited for gluten free mozzarella sticks I bought two bags. These are not good AT ALL. The breadcrumbs have no flavor and are just not worth it unfortunately.

My fault, I cooked them too long, will know better next time and am sure they will be very good. Just watch them while you are cooking them.
