I have to agree with everyone else's review. Awesome cake! My daughter loved it, and so did everyone else (who doesn't have to eat gluten-free). It was a hit. I didn't have soda pop or orange juice on hand, so I used cranberry juice and it came out just fine.

Awesome poundcake! The one thing my 3 year old loved was my mother in laws poundcake. So when he was first diagnosed, she and I both were on a mission to find a cake that was similar in taste to her original recipe. Man did we luck up! This cake is moist and has a great lemon flavor and the entire family loves it.

Awesome lemon cake!!!! I absolutely loved it. Everyone couldn't believe it was Gluten Free and loved it. I plan to buy more. I used orange juice instead of soda when making it & it turned out great! Definitely a winner!

By far the best tasting and the best textured cake I've experienced since being gluten free. I served it with fresh strawberries for a holiday dinner and it went over like gangbusters. I'm delighted to be able to enjoy a "real" pound cake and still stay gluten free. I prefer the OJ or lemon zest incorporated into the mix.

This is excellent! One would never know it was gluten free. I am so impressed with how tasty this is. As a tip, you can use 1/2 cup less butter than the box suggests.
