Jul 23rd 2020Absolutely delicious!! 1-2-3 Gluten-Free Lemon Poundcake Mix is very easy to make, so much easier than hunting around for all of the ingredients. The mix is also dairy, casein, peanut, tree nut, corn, egg and soy-free in addition to being free of gluten. I highly recommend it and will be purchasing it again. I love Gluten Free Mall and their low shipping.

The box's instructions are inaccurate though (our box listed butter as an ingredient, but did not indicate what to do with it in the instructions!) We went online and found updated instructions for the product and boy oh boy, it turned out amazing!

Apr 17th 2014This is my favorite gluten free cake. I have served it for two different groups of friends and it was a big hit both times. It is really great with strawberries and whipped cream but is good alone too.

Mar 8th 2013I have to add my vote for terrific. Though a tad pricey, this cake is excellent - everyone who has tried it loved it. My child is not a big cake eater - maybe because so many are dry and tasteless - but this is one she looks forward to having. Also nice with some fresh fruit on top.
