This product has two versions for ordering, a Dry and a Frozen. This page is the Dry version.

This product is stored frozen in our warehouse but can be shipped dry (without an insulated box and dry ice) to East Coast locations. For maximum product integrity and shelf life please store this product in the freezer upon arrival until ready for use. White Whole Grain Bread

Our traditional white bread is soft and perfect for sandwiches without toasting. Strong enough to stand up to chunky peanut butter sandwiches and great for any sandwich you can think of. It is now whole grain and an excellent source of fiber.

Ingredients - water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, eggs, corn dextrin, sugar, canola oil, potato flour, honey, baking powder, yeast, rice bran, xanthan gum, salt, vinegar, enzymes (calcium sulfate and enzymes)
