Shiloh Farms Gluten-Free Datelet Nut Roll

SHILOH FARMS Datelet Nut Rolls combine our sweet deglet dates with flaky coconut and crunchy almonds - a trio of flavors and textures that complement each other in a uniquely delicious way!

To make our datelet nut rolls, deglet dates are first ground to a fine texture. They are then rolled in shredded, unsweetened coconut, before being shaped into bite-size pieces. Finally, each piece is topped with an almond for just the right amount of crunch. 

Don't be fooled - as decadent as these datelet nut rolls are, they are a treat you can feel good about! In each bite, you get:
• Dates: A staple of Middle Eastern cuisine for thousands of years, dates are an excellent source of fiber, potassium, iron, magnesium, and other essential nutrients.
• Coconut: A particularly good source of fiber, zinc, and iron, coconut is often referred to as a "functional food" due to the many health benefits it provides.
• Almonds: Exceptionally nutrient-dense, almonds are especially rich in Vitamin E, manganese, magnesium, and B Vitamins, and are also a good source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids.
