We use these for our restaurant for cheesesteaks and hoagies, and they hold up really good to the task.

The Schar baguettes are the best! I make sub sandwiches, french bread pizza and garlic bread with them! Very tasty, don’t taste gluten free! Thank you Gluten Free Mall for bringing them to us!

I love these baguettes. I made sandwiches with them for my neighbor and she liked them as well. She is not gluten free and didn't know that these were.

Incredibly crispy, brought baguettes back to our life. We will absolutely order these again. Love them — and like how they're packaged separately so we don't sacrifice freshness on one after we use the other.

My son with Celiac Disease loves this bread, actually the whole family does. It tastes exactly like a bread with gluten. I split the loaf along the length, butter it and give it a light sprinkle of garlic salt and place it in the toaster oven just until it starts to become slightly crisp. I had tried to make garlic bread several times with other GF breads, but they didn't turn out that well. My son is thrilled that he has good garlic toast for the first time in four years.
