Feb 20th 2016Yum! These were almost as good as what I remember gluten-filled croissants to be! I was more than a little scared about the wheat starch, but I didn't have any noticeable reaction to it and I'm highly sensitive. (If you have celiac, I'd recommend talking to your doctor about it to be safe.)

Feb 19th 2016These were amazing! Bake them as directed on the package and they are wonderful. Of course they are not quite as light as regular croissants, but they are every bit as buttery and flaky! I ate three in one sitting, yikes!

Jan 29th 2016These contain wheat!!!! The first ingredient is wheat - Schar tries to argue that it is gluten free wheat but if you have celiac disease or a wheat allergy these are not for you. I really do not think they should be allowed to call them gluten free - the FDA set a 20 ppm definition on gluten free but that is really not good enough for those of use with celiac disease. I am really mad that I spent $4.79 on these and now have to throw them away. I do not think they should be sold on the Gluten Free Mall's website - if it contains wheat it is not gluten free.
