I love these. Just pop them in the oven for a few minutes and you have a nice warm SOFT roll. I butter it and eat it like that!

This is one of the best gluten free rolls I have had yet. It sounds crazy, but I am so happy that I can have a sandwich again.

These rolls are great, my granddaughter thought they were the best bread she has had since being diagnosed. Very expensive but good for a special treat.

This is the best gluten free bread ever made and tasted along with the other breads that Schar makes. Thank you million times finally it tastes like real bread, your baguettes are amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The best GF rolls ever! The rolls have a wonderful crispy crust out of the oven, and a light tasty interior. Much like the old fashioned crispy sub rolls we had growing up in Boston from the Italian deli. They do not get soggy, crumble, and stay fresh after baking in the fridge for days. I do of course like any roll best right out of the oven, but on a busy week, prebaked and nuked for a few seconds works too.
