Sep 5th 2017My wife and I really love the flat bread for making small pizza for dinner. It bakes well and is very soft when baked at right temperature. We also like to use it to make cheesy bread to go with the pizza. Will continue to buy it.

Jul 28th 2017These are amazing. I toast mine, slice 3 sides. and then fill with a variety of things. Like scrambled eggs in the morning, tuna or chicken at lunch etc. Would highly recommend them. The only issue is that each time I order they have come broken; but Gluten Free Mall replaced them for me and were very kind.

May 1st 2017O'Doughs Flatbread is one of my favorite items to make flat bread pizzas with. It's thick enough to handle the toppings and delicious too!

Jun 17th 2016The O'Dough's GF flatbread is a terrific product!. Our favorite use for it is as pizza crust. I brush olive oil over the bottom of the bread and put it in the oven directly on the rack at 450 degrees F for about 7 minutes. Then, I use roasted tomatoes (including some of the oil from the container), nuked onions and mini peppers (just to get them soft and sweet), and add parmesan & mozzarella cheeses and fresh thin sliced basil. Put back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Each flatbread makes a great personal pizza, or cut into small squares for an appetizer.

Jun 5th 2016I did not care for the texture of this flat bread. It was rather tasteless. I tried it with different toppings and also used it for eating with humus. I found gluten free crackers went better with humus.
