I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 6 years ago and have had a hard time finding a bread/bun that I actually like with these I have finally found one. My favorite thing to make with these is a Philly cheesesteak melt. They have the perfect texture and taste!

Feb 13th 2018This makes a great grilled sandwich. Easy to use. Also toasts very well. It also travels well - there are several restaurants near me that allow me to bring my own bread for a sandwich. The restaurant staff have no problem working with this bread.
