Nov 2nd 2016These are really good! My only complaint is that I never seem to have any in the freezer! My family eats them as fast as I buy them! We like to toast them and make sub sandwiches out of them.

Jun 5th 2016Great for sandwiches, especially when toasted. They are not doughy or tough like most gluten free breads. I've searched most markets for a good equivalent to regular high quality wheat bread and this product is the closest one yet!

Apr 23rd 2016I finally feel like I can make a sandwich on something other than sliced bread. Good texture, but add your moister ingredients right before you eat the sandwich. They also toast beautifully and make a great garlic toast.
