My husband and son who are both Celiac have enjoyed a fried egg with bacon and cheese sandwich for the first time in almost twenty years. We give O'Doughs a five star rating!! Mar 13th 2017I tried these based on other Gluten Free Mall reviews of this brand. I was really impressed with these sandwich thins. My husband thought it looked too dense, but I made him touch it with his hand because it was also soft. I was able to eat one straight out of the package since the starches were not hard like most rice-based products. I love it heated in the toaster or the microwave - I had one with butter on it, 15 seconds in the microwave, just to enjoy that warm roll feel again. I had a restaurant make me an eggs benedict on this and it was perfect!! This is sturdier than most GF bread, and even bulkier rolls, but that doesn' t make it dry or crumbly. I can see why everyone loves it!
