This is how we "Get Back To Human": we use 75% dark chocolate Organic Fair Trade Cacao, sourced from Peru and sweetened with an organic unrefined coconut sugar.  Our Cacao is Paleo, Vegan, Stone Ground with warm, caramel chocolate tones (no bitterness of typical "healthy" dark chocolate).
