Ingredients - Chicken breast meat, water, rice flour, yellow corn flour, yellow corn meal, rice starch, corn starch, sea salt, dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, spice, yeast extract
Breading set in non-hydrogenated soybean oil.
Heating instructions from frozen: Conventional oven (preferred method)
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on baking sheet.
3. Place sheet on middle of rack and bake for 11 minutes.
4. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
Microwave
1. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on microwave safe plate.
2. Heat, uncovered, on high: 5 nuggets for 1 1/2 minutes, 10 nuggets for 2 1/2 minutes, 15 nuggets for 3 minutes.
3. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
4. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

Jun 16th 2015Very disappointed with these chicken nuggets. They are a pre-formed pressed meat nuggets. They lack flavor and have a rubbery consistency. While I was excited to try another GF product, I will stick with Applegate Farms GF nuggets.

Aug 31st 2012We have gone through a bunch of different varieties of chicken nuggets for my daughter. These are by far her FAVORITE! My daughter asks for them all the time. I did try them myself and they are pretty tasty. Whenever we go to a party or celebration, these go in her special cooler and we pop them in the microwave. These nuggets are circular, not as thick as your usual nugget, but they are still tasty. I love the convenience of being able to microwave them. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

Mar 1st 2012I was not pleased that these were made of ground chicken, but the taste was ok. They cook well in the oven, which is better than having to deep fry.
