Ingredients - Chicken breast meat, water, rice flour, yellow corn flour, yellow corn meal, rice starch, corn starch, sea salt, dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, spice, yeast extract
Breading set in non-hydrogenated soybean oil.
Heating instructions from frozen: Conventional oven (preferred method)
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on baking sheet.
3. Place sheet on middle of rack and bake for 11 minutes.
4. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
Microwave
1. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on microwave safe plate.
2. Heat, uncovered, on high: 5 nuggets for 1 1/2 minutes, 10 nuggets for 2 1/2 minutes, 15 nuggets for 3 minutes.
3. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
4. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

Oct 14th 2025These are a favorite of my entire family including myself. We are a gluten free family and is nice to have a quick easy meal I can make everyone. I think they taste a lot like chinese food chicken fingers that you get at a restaurant.

May 30th 2017Honestly I don't know what we would do without these Chicken nuggets! My 4 year old is allergic to a lot of things. These have been our saving grace. He loves them and we do too. Ordering from Gluten Free Mall has also been an awesome experience. They ship extremely fast and are wonderful to order from. Love this company and we love these nuggets!

Sep 26th 2016I picked these up in Wal-Mart on Saturday (9/24/2016) to bring to work so I could have something decent on hand in case I didn't bring lunch. Low and behold, today, Monday, I didn't bring lunch. I prepared them in the toaster oven and they were better than expected. They have a very clean taste, no after taste and they have just enough kick (spice) but not too much, which was very surprising. I've added these to my list of staples. I don't know what others were expecting but I rate these EXCELLENT!
