We are truly a "one-stop shop" for special dietary food products because you can order from hundreds of products in one simple, secure transaction!

The Gluten-Free Mall® guarantees that any product you receive will have an expiration date that is at the minimum two weeks from the date the product is ordered. If you would like to know the specific expiration date of any given product or special circumstances require that you receive product that is dated a specified amount of time into the future, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Celiac disease, also known as gluten intolerance, is a genetic disorder that affects 1 in 133 Americans. Symptoms of celiac disease can range from the classic features, such as diarrhea, weight loss, and malnutrition, to latent symptoms such as isolated nutrient deficiencies but no gastrointestinal symptoms. The disease mostly affects people of European (especially Northern European) descent, but recent studies show that it also affects Hispanic, Black and Asian populations as well. Those affected suffer damage to the villi (shortening and villous flattening) in the lamina propria and crypt regions of their intestines when they eat specific food-grain antigens (toxic amino acid sequences) that are found in wheat, rye, and barley. Oats have traditionally been considered to be toxic to those who have celiac disease, but recent scientific studies have shown otherwise. Food orders within the Continental US

DRY Shipping:

  • Dry Shipping applies to products with an item number starting with “GFD”, or Gluten-Free Dry.
  • FREE Shipping applies to DRY orders totaling over $59 within the Continental US.
  • A Flat Rate of $15 applies to any dry order totaling less than $59 within the Continental US.
  • Dry orders are shipped using FedEx Home Delivery (Ground) unless an expedited shipping method is selected at check out.
  • All orders outside the Continental US are shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service.
  • For Chocolate Items: Please be aware that are no responsible for melted chocolate being shipped during warmer months. We have procedures in place to try to keep chocolate from melting (ice packs, specific shipping days), but cannot guarantee that your chocolate will stay solid during transit. Thank you. 

FROZEN Shipping:

  • Frozen Shipping applies products with an item number starting with “GFF”, or Gluten-Free Frozen.
  • Frozen orders are shipped in insulated cooler boxes with dry ice to maintain product integrity.
  • Frozen shipping is determined by the FedEx transit time schedule and is designed to ensure that product arrives in excellent condition. To ensure product remains frozen solid during transit, these orders are shipped to be delivered within the same week to avoid sitting idle over a weekend.
  • Zone 1 Orders: A FLAT RATE of $59 applies to Frozen orders shipping to the following States: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia
  • Zone 2 Orders: A FLAT RATE of $79 applies to Frozen orders shipping to the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Wisconsin
  • Zone 3 Orders: A FLAT RATE of $149 applies to Frozen orders shipping the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
  • Frozen orders ship Monday through Thursday dependent on transit times.
  • All Frozen orders must arrive at destination within 3 business days. Only applicable shipping options will show at checkout to ensure product arrives within 3 days.
  • Frozen orders cannot be shipped outside the Continental US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Dry products cannot be shipped in the same box with the frozen products.

DRY/FROZEN Orders:

  • Dry/Frozen orders use the shipping methods as the Dry orders.
  • If you are located within a two-day transit time of New York, you do have the option to have select frozen bread items shipped dry.
  • Eligible items will have two item listings. The dry item will be listed as GFD, and the frozen will be listed as GFF and have (FROZEN) in the item title.
  • If you have opted to ship a frozen bread item as a DRY product, your order may not ship until the following Monday depending on the transit times. We want to ensure that you are receiving product in the best condition possible.

When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you and you can follow the status of your package by logging into your My Account

International orders and orders outside the Continental US

We ship all orders outside the Continental US via USPS Priority mail. These orders can take 1-6 weeks to arrive depending on where you live. Frozen items CANNOT be shipped outside the Continental US.

Due to variability in shipping and delivery schedules, it may be necessary to place orders up to 2 weeks in advance of a holiday. If you are concerned with receiving product by a specific date, please contact Customer Service to confirm delivery dates and availability.

In most cases you do not need to Create An Account to check out. If you do Create An Account you will be able to log in and track your order, view past order, re-order past orders, and much more--which is why we advise you to Create An Account. For your security our site will not store your credit card information. Some of our products do require you to Create An Account for example to purchase or use a Gift Certificate you must do so.

You can find our entire, up-to-date catalog right here on our Internet site. We add so many new products every week that a printed catalog would be outdated by the time it was finished.

We ship all international orders via USPS. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees, and your government may collect such fees from you upon delivery--should you refuse to pay these fees you will not get your order but will still have to pay for it--we will not process a refund if you refuse delivery of your package. International orders are limited to dry foods only.

When you are done shopping and are in the check out process you will be asked to enter your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, OR you can select PayPal to pay for the order.

Yes. The Gluten-Free Mall® will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to anyone. For your security our site will not store your credit card information.

The Gluten-Free Mall® guarantees its products against:

  • Damaged during shipment;
  • Lapsed expiration date by the time a product is received;
  • Spoiled or otherwise defective products.

For the safety of all Gluten-Free Mall® customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales at The Gluten-Free Mall® are final.

The Gluten-Free Mall® only accepts pre-authorized returns and issues refunds or store credit for the following reasons:

  • The item was damaged during shipment.
  • The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received.
  • The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.

Ingredients for all foods sold at The Gluten-Free Mall® are posted on each product's page. It is a customer's responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet. The gluten-free status and any other claim regarding the ingredients of any product sold at The Gluten-Free Mall® are made solely by the manufacturer.

Thawing Policy:

Gluten-Free Mall® is not responsible for thawing of products as long as they arrive within the expected time frame from our shipping partners. Our frozen items are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure they remain in excellent condition during transit.

Third-Party Purchases:

  • If you purchase Shiloh Farms or Pure Living products through a third-party retailer, any issues related to refunds, returns, or exchanges must be handled through that retailer. We recommend contacting the third-party retailer directly for assistance with your purchase.
