These are versatile tortillas. There is a little trial & error for getting the texture just right. I always keep a pack in my freezer.

I have yet to find a good tortilla that will roll like their flour counterpart. So among the brands I have tried these rate just as well as others. Still searching for the perfect Gluten free Tortilla that is not the small corn variety.

The only thing I do with these is slice them up into triangles and bake them as chips. I spray avocado oil on them and sprinkle with a little sea salt. Bake about 6 minutes at 350. They are delicious!

These tasted ok, not good but just ok. They were horrid to roll. Dry and crumbled to pieces. Probably would not buy again.

Tried these for the first time. They turned out pretty good - had to cover with sauce and cheese. I don't know if I'd used them just as a wrap without sauce. We like Mexican dishes and these allowed my daughter to join in on the meal.
