Ingredients - Wrapper: water, non-GMO rice flour, non-GMO corn starch, non-GMO canola oil, eggs, baking powder, salt, soy lecithin.
Filling: chicken, cabbage, carrots, scallions, cilantro, ginger, red pepper chili flakes, salt, black pepper, yeast extract, evaporated cane juice.

This product is manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs and shellfish.
Preparation Instructions:
Microwave Method: Place egg rolls on a paper towel or on microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Cool for 2 minutes.
Quick Method: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place egg rolls on plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. Place egg rolls on baking tray. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until heated through (turn egg rolls once during cooking).
Conventional Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place egg rolls on baking tray. Cook for 20-22 minutes or until heated through (turn egg rolls
once during cooking).

Jun 18th 2016These were not good. My daughter use to eat an entire box of regular egg rolls, but she did not even finish one of these. I will not be purchasing these again.

Jun 16th 2016Oh I wanted so bad to like these, because after reading the reviews I could not wait to try them! Unfortunately, they were not as good as I expected - they were almost inedible! Interestingly, the wrapper part of these egg rolls was wonderful! But the filling was absolutely tasteless, and seemed to have no seasoning what-so-ever! Some tough chicken, strips of carrots and cabbage, and that's it! DEFINATELY NOT ASIAN TASTING! I put some GF commercial plum sauce on them; it did not help! I put some GF soy sauce on them; that did not help! I threw 2 of them (out of 3 total) in the garbage... It's almost as if they spent a great deal of time and effort perfecting the wrapping (which indeed was very good!), and then just stuffed some filling in to get them to market quickly! Maybe I got a 'bad' batch, but I won't be ordering these again...

Sep 28th 2013I found these very tasty. They came out of the oven crispy and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and crispy. Weightwatcher points is one per egg roll. I love them and I'll buy a larger quantity next time.
