Chickens are raised in Pennsylvania Dutch Country without antibiotics, on a strict diet of grains, vitamins, and minerals - never any animal by-products.
These are whole chicken breast tenders - no fillers or extenders, no flaked, chopped, or mechanically separated meat. Lightly breaded to accentuate natural chicken flavor.
All Natural Ingredients: No Chemical Additives or Preservatives. Flash-fried in non-hydrogenated vegetable oil to set breading. At their revolutionary processing facility, their chickens are individually air chilled so the natural flavor and juices are not diluted, giving you a better tasting bird.
Shelf life: frozen - approx. 8-10 months.
Ingredients - chicken breast meat tenders marinated in water and sea salt. Breaded with rice flour, water, yellow corn flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, dried whole eggs, yeast, cane sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Flash fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.

Suggested Cooking Instructions
Gluten Free Breaded Tenders are uncooked. For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temp of 170 degree F as measured by use of a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Microwave: Not recommended.
Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8") in skillet until hot. Fry in hot oil over medium heat 10-12 minutes turning over after 6 minutes. Tenders should be golden brown on both sides.

Jun 18th 2018These are by far the best Gluten Free chicken tenders I have found since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 13 years ago. I cook them in my air fryer and they come out crispy and delicious with a great flavor and tender chicken. Most of the breaded chicken I have tried is tasteless and you can tell that it's highly processed. Bell & Evans is certainly an exception to that. Unfortunately only one grocery store in my area carries them and they are frequently out of stock - another testament to how good they are - so I buy them in bulk from Gluten Free Mall and fill up my freezer. I would highly recommend these to anyone with Celiac Disease who has been missing good chicken tenders.

Aug 30th 2017These aren't too bad. They reminded me of a restaurant-style chicken strip, so I was pleased with that. I prefer more of a crunchy breading, but the flavor itself was good. This brand is worth the price.

Jun 11th 2017I used to live in an area where I could buy these in the grocery store, before I was diagnosed with Celiac. I developed a fondness for all of Bell & Evans chicken, fresh and frozen, and was very happen to find them again here. These GF Chicken Breast Tenders are some of the best on the market. You would never know that the breading is GF without the labeling on the box. Very please with the state of the shipment, still lots of dry ice in the cooler, even as temperatures finally begin to warm up in the Northeast. This will be a regular purchase. Thank you GF Mall!
