Serving instructions: Conventional/Toaster Over
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place sticks on a lightly greased sheet or aluminum foil and bake for 4-8 minutes (as oven times vary watch for the cheese to start to show then remove).
Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite Gluten Free Marinara Sauce.
 
 
Ingredients: Part skim mozzarella (pasteurized part skim milk, cultures, salt enzymes), gluten-free breadcrumb (white rice flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, potato flour, yeast, egg whites) canola oil, xantham gum, sugar, salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, parsley, paprika.

We followed instructions in terms of oven temp/time. Took them out when we spotted two little spots of melted cheese forming. Alas, we may have took them out a tad too soon. They tasted great, but the coating could have been a little crunchier and the cheese a little more melted. Will definitely buy again.

I do like these the most out of the few brands I have tried. They crisp really nice and melt well in an airfryer

These are so good! I have looked everywhere for GF mozzarella sticks, tried making them. These turn out great every time! I miss being able to go to a restaurant this kind of stuff so this really helps with my cravings!
