These are gluten-free biscuits are light and fluffy and better than gluten biscuits. This dough can be used for cinnamon buns, pigs-in-a-blanket, chicken and biscuits, strawberry shortcake or whatever else you might use biscuit dough. Jan 17th 2020Tasty but be warned it does not work well with replacement egg ingredients. Tried with Vegg substitute and while it was delicious, it did not have a biscuit texture.

Dec 26th 2019Wow!! This biscuit mix is wonderful! They rise like regular flour biscuits and taste like them, too. I served these on Christmas morning for my daughter and me because we both have wheat allergy. I'm back on Gluten Free Mall today to order more!

Dec 10th 2017I feel like I have died and gone to heaven. Finally a tasty gluten free biscuit. I have a hard time finding products that are both gluten and egg free. I had these for the first time tonight. I sometimes react unfavorably to even gluten free foods. So I will observe how I feel in the next few days, but at the moment, I am a happy camper.
