Ingredients: Filtered water, raisins, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, sunflower oil, potato starch, egg whites, evaporated cane juice, potato flour, sugar, tapioca maltodextrin, yeast, tapioca syrup or brown rice syrup, pea protein, salt, gum (xanthan gum, sodium alginate, guar gum), cinnamon, mold inhibitor (cultured corn syrup, citric acid), enzymes, cinnamon oil.
Baked in a gluten-free bakery.
This product is stored frozen in our warehouse, but can be shipped dry (without freezer box and dry ice) to locations with no more than a 2 day ground transit time from PA. For maximum product integrity and shelf life, please store this product in the freezer upon arrival until ready for use.
