Dec 17th 2007These crackers are the BEST gluten free crackers I have ever tasted. The consistency is buttery flaky not unlike a Ritz, as is the flavor. I also have a soy allergy, and unlike other crackers, these are soy free too! I am so glad I discovered these. They are great in soup or even alone. They are THAT good!
