May 8th 2008I was pretty sure that one of the reviews I read before ordering this item, said they have that they are like Ritz crackers with the buttery taste. Warning, don't set yourself up to think you are going to be eating a gluten-free cracker that tastes like a Ritz. Been there done that. However, the crackers are absolutely delicious in their own right. If I didn't know they were gluten-free, I would have thought they were just another brand of cracker. I am extremely pleased with the taste. As a matter of fact, I bet you they would make a nice filler for meatloaf and other foods like it. Hmmm, time to check out Dr, Schar's other items.
