Oct 23rd 2008The best description I can give the taste of these crackers is a cross between Ritz and saltines only with a bit more class. They'd be great for a fancy party or just sitting at home enjoying the topping(s) of your choice. They are very good and I wouldn't know they were gluten free in a blind taste test (not that I would do that!), but I'm quite sure no one would taste a difference between these and conventional crackers.
