My son, who is on a gluten free / dairy free diet can't seem to find any gluten free substitute that he likes when it comes to bread and crackers except for this fantastic Schar brand. These crackers taste like Ritz (butter crackers) but shaped like a saltine. None-the-less they are good! Thank you Schar!!!!!!!

Like other reviewers say, they are crisp and light and, with a little butter or margarine, they go with anything. Dr. Schar has some great products. Thank you!

Jun 23rd 2009I love these...they have the consistence of a soda cracker with the flakiness of saltines. They are good by themselves or covered with peanut butter. You don't get a standard sleeve of crackers as there are several bags of them inside so when you open the yellow wrapper you don't have to worry about "finishing' them off quickly before they go stale.
