Jan 30th 2017I agree with other reviewers that this is a little flavorless. It's nice that the size and shape is more like regular deli-style bread for sandwiches. I wish Schar gave you more of it. With all Schar breads, put it in a ziploc bag and consume within a few days to prevent it from drying out.

Mar 2nd 2014This is the GREATEST bread--it is good both toasted and not toasted. It is soft and does not fall apart. My only problem with this is why are there only five slices per pack? Can you PLEASE make it six slices...so that we can make three sandwiches without having to open another package?
