Preparation Suggestions:
OVEN: Prepare frozen out of the box. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.  Place fish sticks on greased baking sheet and
bake for 14 minutes, turn over at half way point.
DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 370 degrees F. Cook fish sticks for 3-4 minutes. Do not
overload fryer. Remove from fryer and place on paper towel. Let sit 1 minute to
cool. Serve with your choice of gluten free dipping sauce.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve in a gluten free tortilla with your favorite sauce or put 2-3 fish sticks
on a gluten free bun and make your favorite fish sandwich.

Ingredients - Pollack, water, rice flour, sugar, modified food starch, xanthan gum, salt, degeminated yellow corn flour, dextrin, degeminated white corn flour, corn starch, yellow corn flour, leavening (sodium acid pyrophos- phate, sodium bicarbonate, gluconolactone), dextrose, onion powder, yeast, garlic powder, dried torula yeast, guar gum, canola oil (processing aid), yeast extract,
ascorbic acid (added as a dough conditioner).
