We’ve given your favorite battered and gluten-free seafood products a fresh new
look! From the classic crispy battered haddock to the gluten-free Parmesan
encrusted cod, you can now find a selection of Starfish products in our new
green, blue and beautiful Pacific Sustainable Seafood packages.

Preparation Suggestions:
OVEN: Prepare frozen out of the box. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.  Place fish sticks on greased baking sheet and
bake for 14 minutes, turn over at half way point.
 
DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 370 degrees F. Cook fish sticks for 3-4 minutes. Do not
overload fryer. Remove from fryer and place on paper towel. Let sit 1 minute to
cool. Serve with your choice of gluten free dipping sauce.
 
Serving Suggestions:
Serve in a gluten free tortilla with your favorite sauce or put 2-3 fish sticks
on a gluten free bun and make your favorite fish sandwich.

Ingredients - Pollock, Water, Rice Flour, Modified Food Starch, Degerminated Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar, Dextrin, Salt, Dextrose, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum, Yeast And/or Yeast Extract, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Gluconolactone And/or Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Ascorbic Acid (As Dough Conditioner), Guar Gum, Canola Oil.

Yummy fish sticks! They cooked up very nice and crunchy in the oven. Just the way I like them. Very good taste for the breading and the fish. I will buy again.

I had these with tartar sauce; the breading got crispy and crunchy and in oven and I couldn't even tell that they were gluten free! I'm buying more in my next order.

My son is a very picky eater. We bought this product for him to try and he said they were pretty good. I will probably buy this product again.

These are the best GF Fish Sticks I have had thus far!! They're not too salty and when done in a toaster oven come out crispy and the coating stays on!! They have great flavor and are really good for a quick fish sandwich with cheese, tartar sauce, lettuce and tomato. When I am out of these fish fillets I will definitely buy more of this product!!
